Oh, these two. Their smiles are so infectious, their laughter so contagious, their love so pure and real. I was so pumped for their wedding day because I knew it was going to be a blast, and it definitely was! But not only did we get to capture their beautiful wedding day {to view Part 1 -Wedding Day click here}, but we got to capture their dreamy Joshua Tree Post Wedding Shoot. Hi, we’re Marlene & John — The Komans. It’s been awhile since we’ve introduced ourselves.
We’re a husband and wife photography and cinematography team, specializing in luxury weddings across the globe.

With over 14 years of experience and more than 400 weddings captured together, we bring a deep sense of care, professionalism, and artistic intention to every event we document. From intimate celebrations to multi-day destination weddings, our focus has always remained the same: to create timeless, emotionally rich imagery that stands the test of time.

Originally based in California, we moved to Tuscany nearly four years ago, where we bought and restored an old stone farmhouse. It’s here, surrounded by beauty and light, that we raise our two young boys and continue to craft meaningful stories for our couples around the world.

Our style is rooted in storytelling and guided by light — always looking to create natural, beautiful compositions that feel both effortless and elevated.
