Malibu Rocky Oaks Wedding, Sarah and Jayden

“As we both packed our bags and left our home towns on the west coast, I never would have thought that we would be destined to find each other in the beautiful city of Montreal.
I left home to find change in my life. Followed my heart to pursue grad school and a new career, but little did I know that that change would be Sarah.
I’ll never forget the day I asked her to be my locker partner… and years later… I’ll definitely never forget the day I asked her to marry me. We got engaged on the beautiful island of Santorini while on a trip across Europe to celebrate our graduation. Private outdoor dinner with the most breathtaking views… followed by the most stunning sunset we had ever seen. The night was perfect.
We wanted to have a wedding that encompassed the magic and beauty of that night. We flew out to LA and our hearts were set on Malibu Rocky Oaks the moment we saw it. The most memorable part of our wedding day was the ceremony, with chairs circling Sarah and I, filled by our families and dearest friends. It was so symbolic of the roles they all played in our lives… surrounding us with their endless love and support. The moment was perfect.
We had the dream team assembled to carry out our big day. Our vendors were absolutely incredible – from an amazing wedding planner who knew every detail of the venue inside and out, to a florist who flawlessly delivered on our vision, to such talented photographers who captured every moment so perfectly – our special day could not have happened without them. We will forever be grateful for that special day in Malibu. The wedding was perfect.

    Our elopement inspirational shoot by Koman Photography took place on the breath-taking shores of Lake Como, Italy at the exquisite Villa Balbiano. Creatively directed and planned by Rossini Weddings and styled by Saint and Sage., this shoot was the epitome of all that is beautiful and glamourous about Italian lakefront weddings.

    Unsurprisingly, the Villa was the main source of inspiration for this shoot; we wanted to create ethereal imagery that is light, airy and mixed with an opulent palette of rich textures which we pulled from the fresco wall coverings.

    Chiara Sperti created a stunning scene for the tablescape centerpiece with delicate shades of pink and pops of bright fuscia. The table was draped with a silk runner by Allegoria Textile Delightsand the candlelight offset the muted colours of the stone fresco walls and architectural elegance. The Elegance tableware range, paired with gold flatware and the pink Rosealine glassware from Table Set Rentals.were the perfect companions to the table design.

    The bride started the day in delicate French lingerie by The Lace Atelier, and her stunning gown by Musat Bridal was accessorised with Bella Belle Shoes, Karlin Anderson Rings and beautiful earrings by Lindsay Marie Designs. Her hair was gracefully styled by the ever-talented Frank Giacone and her make-up perfected by Veronica Tavella. The groom wore a classically sleek black suit by Isaia Menswear.

    The three-tiered cake from Qualcosa diDolce was a masterful combination of modern design and romantic imagination, the ornate gold detail complimented the textures of the venue. And providing the perfect addition to any wedding – the prosecco reception was provided by the iconic little pop up prosecco van Bubble Bar Italia.

    Complimenting the venue’s inspiration, a beautiful stationery suite was designed by NicNillas Ink., with a hand-drawn illustration of the Villa, produced on soft handmade paper with bronze envelopes.

    Finally, as every Lake Como wedding must soak in the full expanse of the lake’s to-die-for views, our couple sailed away on a luxury Riva boat by Erio Lario, wearing swimwear by JETS.and resort wear by Isaia Menswear., with chic sunglasses by Finlay London,

      Provence Elopement | Chateau de Tourreau, France

      From Murielle of Intens’ Events… When the Komans and I decided to collaborate on this beautiful creative project, I immediately thought that Chateau de Tourreau would be the perfect backdrop. Built-in the middle of the 18th century, the chateau has survived the French Revolution and has become over the years the beautiful gem we know today. With its green shutters and beautiful park, it really has something special. Right from the start, we decided to include that green in our main color palette.

      Through the design, we wanted to celebrate Spring, the rebirth of nature. When we leave winter and we are only at the beginning of Spring, there’s a burst of life, trees are in bloom and it’s like we are surrounded by clouds of flowers. We wanted these blooms to be our central theme and we chose each element of the shoot accordingly.

        Amalfi Coast Elopement | Positano Photo Session

        Capturing Love in the Enchanting Positano: The stunning bright blue water and cliffside architecture painted the most perfect backdrop for our couple’s engagement session. As photographers, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing countless love stories unfold through our lenses. Each engagement session holds its own magic, but there’s something truly special about capturing love amidst the picturesque backdrop of Positano.

        Nestled along the stunning Amalfi Coast of Italy, Positano is a photographer’s dream. Its colorful cliffside houses, winding cobblestone streets, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea provide the perfect setting for a romantic photo shoot.

        From the moment we and our couple arrived in Positano there was a sense of excitement in the air. The anticipation of documenting their love story against such a stunning backdrop was palpable. We started our session a little bit earlier then our favorite time of the day, golden hour and slowly started descending into town. We enjoyed walking down the narrow streets and capturing the charming alleyways.

        One of our favorite spots to capture the essence of Positano is along the Spiaggia Grande, the town’s main beach. As the sun was setting, casting a magical glow over the colorful umbrellas and fishing boats, we captured the intimate moments unfolding between A+C as they strolled hand in hand along the shoreline, the sea breeze tousling their hair.

        As the sun set over Positano, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange, we captured the undeniable connection between A+C.

        As the day came to a close, and we bid farewell to Positano, we couldn’t help but feel grateful for the opportunity to have witnessed and documented such a beautiful love story in one of the most enchanting destinations in the world. Positano might be known for its breathtaking views and charming streets, but it’s the love stories that unfold here that truly make it a place unlike any other.
