For the past 40 days, I’ve been walking/ sometimes running over 5 miles every morning, starting at sunrise. Just me, the quiet rhythm of my steps, the sound of birds waking up, and the world slowly unfolding. These walks have been grounding and energizing in ways I didn’t expect. The stillness of nature, the soft light, even the surprise of sunflowers along the way, it’s all been part of the reset. I finish each walk feeling like I could move mountains. It’s not about the distance, it’s about what’s shifting inside. And honestly, it’s given me a new level of focus and energy for long wedding days, I feel stronger, more present, and creatively recharge. 🌻
